That night, Chief slept with the boy. He never felt so comfortable before. He started shaking. “What’s wrong, Chief?” asked the boy. “Are you cold, little guy?” asked the boy as he gotten a warm blanket and pillow. Chief stopped shaking. When he had a dream, he thought of a girl dog he never seen in his dog years. Next morning, he took Chief to the pet store. He saw dogs everywhere. He saw a pretty dog. It was like him. But, green eyes. He had blue eyes. They fell in love. The man bought the girl dog. And pink items for the girl dog. When the dogs were in the car, the girl dog would always stare at him. Chief fell in love. When they returned from the pet store, Chief fell asleep. He dreamed of his siblings being home. Later that night, while all of the people were asleep, Chief went outside. “Ah-rooooooo!” howled a wolf as he looked what was making that noise. It sounded like Balto’s howl! “Ah-rooo!” howled Chief as he walked outside of his dog house. His girlfriend was there asleep with ear muffs on her ears. She didn’t open her eye lid. Chief walked outside. Wind brushed his thick coat. “Dad?” said Chief as he saw his dad. Chief walked up to the fence to see closer. It was his dad! “Dad!” Said Chief as he saw him. “Son, what are you doing here?” asked Balto as he tried taking off the dog collar. “Dad, please don’t take it off. It’s my collar incase if I’m lost.” Said Chief as he stepped back. “Son? You belong with a human. Wolves and humans don’t mix together.” Said Balto as he pulled his collar. “Dad, I like being with my owner. I’m a teen dad. I got a girlfriend.” Explained Chief as he walked back into his dog house. Balto wasn’t so sure about Chief. Why didn’t he wanna come back to the pack?


Next morning after the night about Chief’s relationship, Ginger wanted to have children. Chief and Ginger talked about it a little bit. In the afternoon, they both went to the vet. Veterinarians checked Ginger. She was going to have 4 pups. Chief was glad to be a father. Until they told his owner, Sean, he was happy. “Well, Chief you sly dog!” said Sean as he petted him.
